1.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the ban99 platform is only for those aged 21 or above. By creating an account or taking part in any gaming activity, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ban99 may request age verification proof at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if sufficient proof is not provided.

1.2 User Responsibilities

Each member bears sole and full responsibility for the following:

• Keeping access to their own account secure and keeping login details confidential.
• Taking responsibility for all activities and transactions carried out on the account.
• Complying with applicable laws regarding online gaming in their own country.
• Keeping all provided information truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on ban99, a member must provide valid and accurate personal information. Each person may only operate one account. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated by the same person, all accounts will be closed immediately and the funds in them may be forfeited. If any information provided at registration changes, the member must notify ban99 customer support immediately.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ban99 conducts an identity verification process to ensure a secure and fair environment. The following documents may be requested from members for verification:

• A photo of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

2.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform.
• Syndicate or group activity aimed at artificially obtaining bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits made using a third party's account or method are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled with the associated account suspended. ban99 is not responsible for any deposit delays due to technical or banking reasons.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. ban99 typically completes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. However, due to security checks or banking reasons, it may take longer in some cases. Members are encouraged to withdraw via the same method used for deposits. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ban99 will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. If ৳12,000 is deposited, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: to meet the wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to members making their first deposit at ban99.
• Only one welcome bonus will be given per mobile number or payment account.
• Bonus funds will appear separately in the balance before the wagering requirement is met.
• ban99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected or fraudulent bonus use.
• ban99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of promotional offers.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

ban99's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. Cashback is added directly to the balance every week.

5.2 VIP Terms

• Cashback is calculated based on net gaming losses only.
• The timing and amount of cashback is determined by ban99 and this decision is final.
• Cashback distribution may be on hold while an account is suspended or under investigation.
• ban99 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on ban99 are operated through fair and impartial algorithms. Each game result is independent and previous results do not affect future results. All bets cannot be changed once confirmed. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ban99 will make a final decision based on the server record.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on all types of sporting events. Bet acceptance and odds are determined by ban99. If an event is cancelled or postponed, ban99's rules will apply to the relevant bets. In any disputed result, ban99's decision will be considered final.

If a connection is lost during a live game, the result recorded on the server will be considered final. Polite conduct must always be maintained in live dealer games; offensive comments or harassment may result in account closure.

10.1 Account Closure

A member may request to close their own account at any time through support. Before closure, the opportunity to withdraw any balance remaining in the account will be provided, however if any bonus wagering is incomplete, that portion will be forfeited. ban99 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in cases of Terms violation.

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive disagreement, the Bengali version will be considered the original document. If any part of these Terms is found to be ineffective or invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
